This is a FREE event, in partnership with Invest Northern Ireland.
It will be held on Tuesday 2nd September, at The Craic Theatre & Arts Centre, BT71 4HP

At International Synergies Northern Ireland, we know that in advanced manufacturing, efficiency and innovation are key—and that includes how you manage surplus materials, by-products, and underutilised resources. That’s why our upcoming Resource-Matching Workshop is tailored specifically for the advanced manufacturing sector.
This free, in-person event will bring together manufacturers across Northern Ireland to identify both their excess materials (HAVES) and material needs (WANTS)—and connect them with others who can make use of them. Whether it’s metal off-cuts, packaging waste, heat, water, resins, spent abrasives, or redundant machinery, there may be another business in the room that sees your by-products as valuable inputs.
What to expect:
Industry-relevant presentations on the circular economy in manufacturing, with real examples of how resource matching has reduced costs and improved sustainability.
Facilitated matching sessions focused on manufacturing-specific materials, wastes, and utilities to help you list what you HAVE and what you WANT.
Expert advice from our team on how to adopt circular practices and integrate resource efficiency into your operations.
Networking opportunities with other manufacturing professionals to spark collaboration, innovation, and cost-saving partnerships.
A practical step toward decarbonisation, waste reduction, and building a more resilient local supply chain.
This event is free to attend, but spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Secure your place today and discover how your business can turn waste into value while supporting a more sustainable and circular economy.
This project is part-funded by the UK Government through the Shared Prosperity Fund.
